We know the drill. You get busy and your workouts slow down in late fall. You ate way too much on Thanksgiving, then caught a nasty cold and didn’t get any training in. Then by December, you’re full on TURDMODE. January rolls around, you sign up for the Challenge, and you’re motivated again! Then life gets in the way and your consistency starts to slide… not this year!
Starting in February, we’ll be kicking off the Consistency Club! Entry into the Consistency Club is easy (in theory)- just attend class at least 20 times during that calendar month, and you’re in! Your name will go on the blackboard for that month, and you’ll have major bragging rights. Some months we’ll draw prizes for consistency club members. So get on it! Sign up for class and get CONSISTENT!
