Just Addin’ Classes, No Biggie

Yo Tribe! We know that there is so much rad to be had at the gym, sometimes it’s hard to get a spot in class- especially at the 9am and early evening sessions. With that in mind, we in the brain trust put our heads together and came up with the following plan, which essentially adds a 3:30 PM option three days of the week. Hold your applause till the end of the post, please. Here’s the general overview (no change to AM classes, so I’m just listing the PM changes):

Mondays:

  • 3:30 CrossFit-12 person cap
  • 3:45 CrossFit Teens
  • 4:30, 5:30, 6:30: no change

Tuesdays: 

  • 3:45 Crossfit Kids
  • 4:30, 5:30, 6:30: no change

Wednesdays: 

  • 3:30 PM CrossFit-12 person cap
  • 3:45 CrossFit Teens
  • 4:30, 5:30, 6:30: no change

Thursdays:

  • 3:45 CrossFit Kids, CrossFit Teens
  • 4:30, 5:30, 6:30: no change

Fridays:

  • 3:30 PM CrossFit-12 person cap
  • 4:30, 5:30: no change

We are going to test out this new schedule for 6 weeks, beginning February 15th– essentially through the end of The Open. We hope that adding 12 more slots will spread out the afternoon classes a bit, and having a CF option while the CF Teens are working out will allow some parents to work out at the same time as their kiddos, saving a trip to the gym! As always, reserve spots in any class you want; now you’ll just have more options to get that rad!
