What we eat largely determines how we feel and perform. It also has almost everything to do with body composition.

Our nutritional style is “paleo.” We don’t say “diet” because this usually refers to something that is a fad and is usually hard to follow.  Paleo is simple.  In a nutshell, we avoid processed foods.  No counting calories, no starving yourself; just eating real foods.

So you want to know how to eat paleo? Easy!

Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch, and no sugar.

If you have ANY questions about nutrition, just ask one of our trainers. We will give you all the advice you will ever need, then it’s up to you to use it!
