Rowing
Enduro Squad: Rowing will be held every Tuesday and Thursday from 7am to 8am. This is a great total body workout that places a premium on work capacity and coordination. Jonathan will be leading classes, which will focus equally on technique and intensity.
The class is free to CFCDA members, or $15 a session to non-members. Space is very limited ( we have five ergs) so be sure to reserve your spot early via email: info@crossfitcda.com.
On-the-water rowing lessons are also available for an additional fee. Please send any inquiries to info@crossfitcda.com
