Getting Started

Contact us by phone (208.623.8136) or email (info@crossfitcda.com) to schedule your first FREE session. There is no obligation for anything after your initial session.

If you decide you want to join our group classes, we require that you sign up for our beginner’s Boot Camp: a 12 session, 4 week course designed to maximize your understanding of your body and our training methods.  This ensures a good foundation and comprehension of the movements, and allows us to gauge your fitness level. In addition to that, Boot Camp also gives our new athletes a chance to participate in a fun group environment, and share a common experience with their class mates and instructors.

After the four week Boot Camp is through, every graduate will have a very clear understanding of what it takes to be an athlete at CFCDA.  Those that are invited to continue, and choose to do so are eligible for discounted training rates.  We are certain that we can help any athlete achieve their goals: whether that means becoming a top-level athlete, a special forces operator, or simply staying healthy enough to chase their grandchildren around all day!  We realize that everyone has a different goal- the beauty of the Crossfit methodology is that our holistic approach to total body health addresses those disparate needs with equal grace and effectiveness.

If you have the desire to get fit, and realize that the way to make that happen is with hard work and discipline, then we want to work with you!  We’ll provide the methods, you provide the work ethic.
