CrossFit
Our main class, Crossfit, is offered multiple times daily and is open to members only. It can be loosely defined as “the sport of fitness.” The workouts are short and potent, ranging from four to thirty minutes of intense exercise. Crossfit incorporates the whole body; particular workouts may zero in on a specific muscle group, or groups, but as a rule the whole body’s systems will be taxed heavily. Pushing, pulling, running, jumping; sprints, intervals, and endurance; simple and complex motions; with body weight or moving an external load- Crossfit will find a bodies’ weakness and then strengthen it. This approach leaves no physiological stone unturned and is our methods great advantage- come see how well it will work for you!
