Enduro Squad
Are you a sport-specific athlete looking to increase your capacity in your particular sport? Perhaps you are looking for a great strength and conditioning program, like CrossFit, but want to focus in on a particular goal- a triathlon, a bicycle race, marathon, anything. Maybe you are just tired of getting smoked when you have run, and want to be a better runner. Our Enduro Squad is designed with these goals in mind.
Enduro Squad athletes will have access to specific programs designed to make them faster runners, rowers, and cyclists. The program is designed to go hand-in-hand with the CFCDA WOD group, and can be either a supplement to CrossFit training, or the focus can be switched and the CrossFit can become a supplement to the Enduro Squad training.
Classes Schedule will be as follows:
Tuesday and Thursday: 6 am Running Class.
Tuesday and Thursday: 7 am Rowing Class.
