Yep, we are all moved in! Things went smooth this weekend; we wrestled with about 70 mats and several thousand pounds of bars/bumpers/bells and balls! Trent even had enough energy left to do a 30 second sprint on baby just to christen the place. The only thing left is to fill the beer fridge so we can call it home. Thanks to everyone who helped, we couldn’t have done it without ya!

Also, a new lucky group of bootcampers earned the title of CrossFitters last week; welcome them to the family with open arms!

Bonjour from Banff, Canada! Your favorite trainers are taking a much needed holiday, enjoying the Rockies and immersing ourselves in this strange Canadian culture. Here are a few pics of the recent adventures we’ve been on.

In other, more important news, the new place is almost ready! It was a lot of work: 4 walls knocked down, 4,500 sqft of ceiling removed, 21 tons of demolition waste disposed, 3,600 pounds of sand blasted and shoveled… yea, we’ve been busy. But the hard work will pay off; CFCDA athletes will have a world class training facility to train in, and a fun place to kick back and relax. I’ve attached a few before/after pics; you may not be able to recognize it. The new place is on the corner of 4th St and Coeur d’Alene Ave. There are a few loose ends to tie up but everything is on schedule to move this Saturday. If you want to lend a hand Saturday we would love your help! Saturday class is canceled, so we will be starting the move around 8:30. Classes will resume as normal at the new location on Monday February 28th. Hope to see you there!
