10′ to find a heavy pull-up (palm out grip)

-start with scap slides, work up from strict pull up.

-do negatives if you don’t have pull ups.

-Accrue 50 kettle bell swings (russian) during the 10 minutes.

WOD: Team-bata!

Teams of two: alternate every two tabata cycles, 12 cycles per round:

-squat

-airdyne

-up down

-shuttle run
