“I started crossfitting about a year and a half ago. When I first researched it, I thought it was too intense for me to do, but I went anyhow. Thanks to Jon and Derek, the scare factor was eliminated. They did a great job of one on one coaching to help me get the maximum results from the workouts. The group workouts are a blast, the coaching staff is awesome. Even though you are in a group setting, the coaches make sure to give everyone one-to-one attention. The workouts are NEVER boring.
