Our Gym

Located in one of downtown Coeur d’Alene’s older historic buildings, this beautiful 5,000 sqft brick and timber structure has housed car dealerships, an upholstery shop, a hair stylist school, and now a world class fitness coaching facility! You won’t find any useless isolation machines here, we’re a different kind of gym with a belief that fitness should be fun! Once you’re part of our community, you’ll be running, jumping, pushing, pulling, and laughing with friends, all while getting in the best shape of your life!

We also have a kids area equipped with DVD player, plenty of movies, and lots of toys!

Most importantly, CrossFit Coeur d’Alene is North Idaho’s first gym of it’s type and is staffed with the most knowledgable coach’s you’ll find. Be sure to read their bios here.
