About Us

CrossFit is a fitness program based on functional movements that are constantly varied, and executed at high intensity. It is an extremely effective method of burning fat and building muscle, and hence a very productive way to spend your work out time.

We don’t use fancy machines, have a juice bar, or have a tanning salon in our gym.  What we do have is a recipe of functional moves combined with hard work that will yield results unattainable by today’s standard gym routine.  Whether your goal is to slim down and lean out, build muscle, or supplement a specific sport, CrossFit is the way to do it.

Our workouts can be scaled to anyone’s ability, so no matter what your level of fitness, we can help you get fit, faster!

What We Use

We combine gymnastics, Olympic weightlifting/powerlifting, running and rowing for a comprehensive full body workout that is efficient and challenging.
