Thruster @ 115/85#

Chest to Bar Pull Up to Toe to Bar (1+1=1 rep)

  4. Derek says my posture is poor here because I have week hip rotators and I am obviously tired there… speaking of, my hip rotators are soooo sore from this workout STILL!!! How do I fix that? Should I sign up for the physicial therapist tonight?
