13:24RX YUCK! My hips are soooo sore and tight from this one.
Derek says my posture is poor here because I have week hip rotators and I am obviously tired there… speaking of, my hip rotators are soooo sore from this workout STILL!!! How do I fix that? Should I sign up for the physicial therapist tonight?
