Lifting Shoes and Fish Oil
Lifting fish and shoe oil? Huh?
Two things:
1. There have been some requests for another fish oil order- anyone who wants to get in on it can get an order form at the box.
2. I am putting together a lifting shoe order for some Adidas shoes from Dynamic-Eleiko. Click the hyperlink and check out what they offer. The AdiStar is currently on back order through the end of September (that’s the $199 shoe that resembles a patent-leather bowling shoe). The Ironwork 3 is currently on sale and in stock in all sizes, and looks to be a great deal. Yeah, they are pricey, and yeah, they make a difference with the squat/oly lifts. Enough to justify the cost? That’s up to you.
If you want to get in on the group order and get cheaper shipping, I will placing it Thursday morning. The fish oil will probably go out early next week.
