   Greetings from Afghanistan! Just saying hey to the people of Crossfit CDA. I miss those crazy work outs and wouldn’t have been able to get to where i’m at now without Derek and Jonathan to push me through those unbearable WOD’s. I am in month one of six here at Bagram Air Base, and it is getting ccccold! Hope everyone has a great holiday season and football season, and everything else i’ll be missing while i’m here! Drink a tall dark beer for me Derek! LOL
