Boot Camp 8!
Finito! Pics to come soon, but WOW what a great group! I don’t think I have laughed so hard while coaching (except for when my brother got snapped in the junk by a thera-band).
So, to all the salty CFCd’A'ers out there, be on the lookout for some wide-eyed newbies who are still trying to figure out my whiteboard shorthand (PSU? OHS? WTF?), and lend a hand! Making fun of the coach is a common ground that all athletes can share.

I assume you were all like 12 when this happened, that’s why it was so funny? Boys……
The band got my ass too. left a mark for a couple hours.
Nah, it was last summer. Fart jokes still crack me up too.

Nice to know I am not the only one who started a new form of pull ups – the CAM–toe, SNAP…haha…that was embarrassing:)
finished boot camp this morning. I am still flying sort of high except my eyes are trying to shut and my quads are screaming for a nights rest. Thanks for being a great coach Jonathan.
